You acknowledge that the information and materials related to our core project, including but not limited to code, algorithms, databases, and other technical specifications ("Confidential Information"), are proprietary and confidential to AWOEI. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information and to not disclose, share, or distribute such information to any third party without prior written consent from AWOEI.
2. Non-Disclosure
You agree not to use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than fulfilling your responsibilities as a developer for AWOEI. You shall not disclose any Confidential Information to any other person or entity, including other members of your team, without prior written authorization from AWOEI.
3. Ownership
You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in and to the core project and any related materials, including all intellectual property rights, belong exclusively to AWOEI. You agree that any work or contributions you make to the core project shall become the property of AWOEI, and you hereby assign all such rights to AWOEI.
